Students can practice reading to build fluency using the iPrompt iPad app.
To introduce this app I plan to choose a familiar text. I will cut and paste the text into the app.
It also allows for some differentiation in that you can alter the font size and speed of delivery to meet the needs of your students.
One student can act as a timekeeper and mentor, where required, for another child.
